Jonathan Arnold
Jonathan ArnoldPresident, CEO
Jonathan is responsible for strategy, corporate vision and capital structure. He holds a degree in architecture from Cornell University and a masters degree in real estate development from Columbia University. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully helped design and market more than $6 billion in commercial real estate, including more than 40 continuing care retirement communities, 2,500 apartment units, and more than two dozen large scale mixed-use urban infill developments.
Christian Arnold
Christian ArnoldChairman of the Board
Christian is responsible for the entitlement, design and execution for all developments undertaken by the company. Christian’s entrepreneurial spirit and calm leadership allows him to effectively lead our team of consultants. Before joining the Arnold Development Group, Christian was a design director in the Boston office for the largest architectural firm in the country. He has managed the design and construction of more than $2.8 billion in commercial real estate.
Danny Roberson
Danny RobersonDirector of Real Estate
Danny oversees the acquisition for future developments and manages land issues for real estate currently under development for ADG. Before joining ADG, Danny worked in Texas for Occidental specializing in land use contracts, negotiations, and acquiring surface rights. He also worked as a liaison between Occidental and land owners, state and federal government entities. He has a JD from UMKC Law School with an emphasis in Urban, Land Use, and Environmental Law and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Joanne Jarvi
Joanne JarviChief Marketing Officer
Joanne is responsible for marketing and investor communications. She blends her career as a literary agent and time at Merrill Lynch to effectively communicate with our investors the performance of our funds and real estate developments. Her financial background and passion for sustainable development enables Joanne to translate both the financial and environmental impact aspects of the business into concise summaries for our stakeholders.

Ashok Gupta
Ashok GuptaSustainability Advisor
Ashok Gupta is Director of Programs and a Senior Energy Economist at the Natural Resources Defense Council where he works with his colleagues on global warming policies, energy efficiency, renewables, sustainable building design, smart growth and transportation policy. He has a bachelor’s degree in physics and math from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in economics from American University.

Mr. Gupta is NRDC’s representative on Mayor Bloomberg’s Sustainability Advisory Board and Energy Policy Task Force. He received the US Green Building Council’s 2007 Leadership Award for Advocacy, the Environmental Steward Award from Solar One in 2006, the Environmental Professional of the Year Award from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2003, and the Environmental Advocates’ 2001 Advocate Award for leadership in support of clean air and energy.

Bill Becker

Bill Becker is a nationally recognized expert in climate, energy and sustainable development policies at the local, national and international levels. He has a proven record of developing innovative programs and policies in the energy, environment and sustainable development fields. He has extensive experience in managing programs, budgets and personnel, including the past 6 years as executive director of a national policy project on global climate change and clean energy, and 15 years as a senior official in the U.S. Department of Energy.

Mr. Becker is Executive Director, Presidential Climate Action Project, and directed a $4 million private-sector project to create climate and energy policy proposals for the President of the United States ( The project has produced four reports with nearly 200 recommendations for changes in federal policies and programs across 18 topic areas. It is widely regarded as the most comprehensive federal climate and energy policy agenda to date.
